Guptas, Chandragupta II, Gold, Dinar, 7.7 g, Archer type, king standing facing right but body turned three quarters to left, wearing short dhoti; head and upper body, which is muscular, being bare; curly hair on the head; arrow in right hand and bow held at the top in left hand with string inwards; Garuda standard behind his right had; Brahmi legend chandra under left arm and circular Brahmi legend from I o’clock – deva shri maharajadhiraja… on obv. Goddess Lakshmi seated on a lotus and Brahmi legend shri vikramaha on right (Bayana, Class II, var. H). About Very Fine, Very Rare.
