Commemorative Proof Set of 89th Inter parliamentary Union Conference, 1993. Set of 3 coins: Rs. 10 & 5, and Re. 1, Bombay Mint, 1993. Beautifully packed in plastic box casing in a recsine envelop. Unissued to public, Mint State, Extremely Rare. The 89th Inter Parliamentary union Conference got cancelled but its commemorative coins were already minted and issued to VIPs in a small quantity. A rare Proof set for a serious collector.
